Depending on the nature of the services provided, DailySupport acts either as a Health Information Custodian or as an agent of another Health Information Custodian, as those terms are defined under PHIPA.

- SMS is sent only to individuals who have provided consent.
- SMS is used for operational and service-related purposes, not for marketing or promotional activity.
- Message frequency may vary and standard message and data rates may apply.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.
No mobile information, including phone numbers or SMS consent data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information are strictly excluded from any sharing and will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.
8. Website and Electronic Communications
Information may be collected through our website, online forms, email, or other electronic communications. While we take reasonable steps to protect electronic communications, no method of transmission is completely secure.
9. Retention and Secure Disposal
